ix is a dynamic group with Hong Kong-based restaurant operation and management that offers a variety of cuisine.
We started off our relentless pursuit to create a multi-dimensional dining experience that has been tantalising the senses of taste buds since late 2018.
Every flavourful dish is a masterpiece. It is carefully crafted with culinary skills.
ix believes it is culinary art. It meant to enjoy it from different flavours around the globe, not limited to the taste, but it nourishes quotes, a meaning and a story.

We open a modern Omakase dining concept restaurant – “Ficus” in Monterey Place (O’South Coast), Tseung Kwan O.
We consolidate our ix theme restaurants by branding our “Pho-tastic” in Tsim Sha Tsui and brand new “nathanhouse” café style opened at Olympian City 2 in West Kowloon.
Building upon the successful experience, in 2019, our next pursuit is an authentic Japanese restaurant – “SUZUNO” in Causeway Bay
Our first establishments were a chic western restaurant & bar – “nathanhouse” and an exclusive dining lounge & music – “uppernathan” in Tsim Sha Tsui.
FICUS, is a Japanese cuisine restaurant in style sets foot at Monterey Place in Tseung Kwan O. The Omakase concepts of seasonality and naturalism that last, our team of experienced Chefs using exceptional Japanese ingredients of the time make our patrons drool over premium food.
Brand new Nathanhouse’s second outlet opened in Olympian City, West Kowloon. Featuring old nathanhouse favourites and new additions. This nathanhouse sets up with dynamic café concept is coupled with our meticulous F&B dedication.

Featuring contemporary Vietnamese cuisines with street food and noodle house concept. The interior design idea is to create laid back South-East Asian ambience the makes patrons feel like hanging out in a Vietnamese hawker food stall.
Suzuno is the authentic Omakase concept located at the heart of Causeway Bay. Please be seated at the counter in front of the chef and allow the chefs prepare a meal tailored to your preferences based on availability and seasonality. Our team of inspired chefs serves seasonal fish and shellfish as well as share their interesting knowledge which make the dining experience memorable. It’s almost like a dinner and a show.
Uppernathan, With the freshest and finest ingredients of the seasons, every dish is tailored to our guests. We have a wide selection from our winery to complement our creations. They say music is the food for the soul, that’s why we have top-notch karaoke systems to heighten the experience to the fullest.
